LEVEL 5 Elite Artists have 10+ consecutive years behind the chair experience. They continue to attend classes on a regular bases, and help coach & mentor the lower level artists.

LEVEL 4 Premier Artists have at least 7 years of consecutive years behind the chair experience. They've gone thru Blu's training and have learned & continue to learn from the artists above them.
Lead Artists

Associate Artists
LEVEL 3 Lead Artists have been licensed between 4 - 6 years. They have gone through Blu's training to learn our color line & products, and continue to attend classes every year to master their craft.

LEVEL 2 Associate Artists have been licensed for 1 - 3 years. They are committed to continuing to learn. They have continuous training, coaching, and education every month.
Protege Artists

LEVEL 1 Protege Artists have been licensed for less than a year. These artists are usually newly graduated from hair school, and are continuing their education through our training & coaching program.
