I believe in connection, creativity, and the kind of beauty that begins deep within. For over a decade behind the chair, and as Salon Coordinator at Blu Salon & Wellness, I’ve dedicated my work to helping others feel seen, cared for, and whole. Because true beauty isn’t just how you look when you leave the salon; it’s the light you carry when you walk back into the world.

This industry has given me more than a career, it’s given me purpose. Every guest who sits in my chair reminds me that compassion and artistry can shift energy, lift spirits, and bring someone back home to themselves. That’s what keeps me inspired: those small, sacred moments of connection that remind us we’re all human, all healing, all growing.

When I’m not at Blu, you can usually find me writing music, traveling somewhere that feeds my soul, or laughing with friends over good food and long talks. Music, especially, is where my heart comes alive, it’s how I tell stories, process life, and find beauty in all its chaos. You can follow that journey @miarae_music! 

Through every season, I’ve learned that joy is the truest form of success. As Harry Styles once said, "If you’re happy doing what you’re doing, then nobody can tell you you’re not successful.”
