What is your favorite thing about what you do?
My favorite aspect about my practice is it facilitates light and positivity not only for the client but myself and the salon environment as well. We are in a time where light and positivity are necessary throughout the community to increase world peace and unconditional love.
What do you like to do when you're not healing people?
Healing myself! It is important to consistently work on healing ourselves and mastering to be our best self in our best body, in this journey we call life. I celebrate alone time, career time, and creating family memories.

A little more about Kristen...
Kristen was raised with a strong focus on wellness which incorporated holistic practices as a natural way of life. Being a lightworker came very naturally to her even at a young age. She intuitively knew this was a life she
wanted to share with others.
Kristen has a Bachelor of Science degree from Hood College in Frederick Maryland and has been employed with Johns Hopkins Medicine for 15 years. Working closely with western medicine and observing the intricate details of the healthcare system, inspired her to strengthen her holistic roots and extend this practice to the community. She studied Energy Healing and became certified in Reiki as a level III Master.
Kristen advanced her study in Shamanism and became a certified level II Crystal Healer and certified Sound Bowl Therapist. Kristen is also an intuitive & medium who offers many metaphysical aspects to aid in your healing
journey. Kristen has always been a client of Blu and is now ecstatic to be a part of the Blu Boutique Salon team as it integrates holistic services to serve the mind, body, and spirit.
